Frequently asked questions

How do you create your prints?

Matt paints the building in watercolour. It is scanned in at high resolution, personalised on screen with your choice of text, and printed onto 300gsm watercolour paper.

How do I order a venue you haven’t painted before, or an original house portrait?

We take on a limited number of custom slots for new wedding venues and original watercolour house portraits at the start of every month, which can be purchased here. Follow us on social media & subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date on custom slots. New venue prints/original paintings take up to 4 weeks. You will be sent a digital proof once the artwork is complete, before posting.

What images do you paint from?

We do our own image research of the venue and choose an image we think will work well as a painting, confirming our choice with you before we start. If you have a specific image you’d like us to paint from, please email it to us along with your order number. Please note the image must be of high quality. For original house/building portraits, we will need you to supply a high-res image for us to paint from.

Can I include my own words on your prints?

Yes! All our artworks can be personalised with your choice of words, or no words at all. Once you have added a product to your basket you will see a pop up box asking for these details.

What frames do you have?

The frames we sell are white wooden frames in either 6x8 inches or 8x10 inches, as seen in our product images. They can either stand or be wall mounted. We also sell unframed prints so you can frame the artwork yourself.

What are your shipping costs?

Unframed and framed prints have different costs. We give our customers the choice of 4 types of shipping; 2nd Class, 1st Class, 1st Class Signed For, and Tracked 24. See more information on our shipping here.

Can I buy a digital artwork to use in my wedding stationery?

Yes! We sell all of our artworks as digital files. They are priced at £45 and this covers use in your wedding stationery. We can also create your stationery for you, please click here for examples of Abby’s design work.

Is your packaging recyclable?

We have invested to ensure our packaging is as eco-friendly as possible and are proud to say we are now 100% plastic-free. Our packaging for framed prints is fully recyclable, and the cello bags used for our unframed prints are completely compostable as they are derived from vegetable starches - no nasty plastic in sight!
